GR&S Is Pleased to Announce the Completion of the Raleigh Heating and Air Office Building

RALEIGH (June 2007) – Geo. Raper & Son, Inc. (GR&S, Inc.) is pleased to announce the completion of the Raleigh Heating and Air office building. The building is approximately 6,680 square-feet and is located at 2800 Rowland Road.

The new building is a single-story flex office warehouse with 2626 square feet of office space 3835 square feet of warehouse storage space and a 675 square foot mezzanine. It is a Nucor Pre-engineered steel building with brick façade, standing 18-feet tall.  The architect for the project was Craig Dean Architecture, PLLC in Raleigh, NC.

“As a licensed Nucor builder, we are very pleased with the outcome of this project and look forward to maximizing the latest in construction technology to meet the flex space needs of our current and future clients,” said Steve Raper, vice president of GR&S. “We have existing plans and can customize them to suit the needs of various businesses, including medical practices, daycare centers, corporate headquarters, volunteer fire stations, and offices in need of warehouse storage space.”
